1. Introduction
Crypto Scratch Cards (referred to as "CSC") is a decentralized gaming application (dApp) where users compete by scratching virtual Scratch Cards and advancing in rankings. By creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
CSC is designed solely for entertainment and competition, not as a form of gambling. The CSC token, a BEP-20 token based on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), holds no real-world monetary value and is used only within the app to purchase Scratch Cards for gameplay. Players can acquire CSC tokens through decentralized exchanges.
2. Intellectual Property
The CSC project is open-source, with all smart contracts licensed under the MIT license.
CSC reserves the rights to the project’s image and all content on the website and social media. Copying or using the project's image or content without permission is prohibited. For complaints or requests, contact us at admin@cryptoscratch.cards.
3. User Data
CSC is a decentralized application and does not store personal or sensitive user data. The only data the app interacts with is the user's wallet address, which is used solely for identification purposes.
We guarantee that wallet addresses will not be used for purposes beyond the operation of the application.
4. Use of the Application
CSC allows users to operate multiple accounts. However, any users found cheating or violating the app's rules may have their accounts banned. Banned users will receive a message explaining the reason for the ban, and they can appeal the decision within 7 days by contacting admin@cryptoscratch.cards.
CSC reserves the right to suspend access to the app in case of critical errors that compromise fair gameplay. Users who discover and report such errors may be rewarded with CSC tokens from the development pool. Please report any errors to admin@cryptoscratch.cards.
5. Unauthorized Applications Disclaimer
CSC is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by unauthorized or unapproved applications downloaded from unofficial sources. For security, the only official source for downloading MetaMask is https://metamask.io.
